🛬 Getting to Prague

By plane:

  • Václav Havel Airport (PRG) – about 30–40 min by car

  • Options:

    • Uber / Bolt (approx. 20–25 EUR)

    • Airport bus 119 → Metro Line A → Line C to Pankrác

    • Taxi (only official AAA taxis recommended)

By train/bus:

  • Main train station (Hlavní nádraží) – Metro Line C → Pankrác (10 min)

  • Florenc bus terminal – Metro Line C → Pankrác (12 min)

    Prague has one of the best public transport systems in Europe – it’s clean, safe, frequent, and affordable. Here’s how to use it like a local.

    🛒 Where to Buy Tickets

    🚨 Don’t forget to validate your paper ticket before entering metro or when boarding a tram/bus.
    In the app, the ticket must be activated before travel.

      What are the dates and times of the Congress?

      The Congress begins on Friday 16 May at 9:00 AM and concludes on Sunday 18 May at 3:00 PM.

      Getting to the Venue:

      By public transport:
      The best way is to use the metro. Take the red line C and exit at PRAŽSKÉHO POVSTÁNÍ station, then take a tram no. 19 (in the direction to Depo Hostivař) and get off after two stops at PANKRÁC stop. Cubex is located about 100 metres from the stop.

      By car: Exit Podolí/Pankrác from the street 5. května, in the direction of Na Strži.

      Parking:
      Parking is not available directly at Cubex. Please use:
      – Panorama Hotel Prague parking house (non-stop) – 100m away
      – OC Arkády parking lot – 200m away (7:00 a.m. – 10:30 p.m.; night parking for an extra charge). https://www.arkady-pankrac.cz/parkovani/

      Are meals included in the Congress ticket?

      Meals are not included but can be purchased during breaks. Filtered water will be provided free of charge.

      Can I attend specific workshops without purchasing a full Congress ticket?

      Yes, tickets for specific workshops, such as Dr. Stephen Porges & Dr. Sue Carter or Sat Dharam Kaur, N.D., can be purchased separately.

      Is the event going to be interpreted into English?

      Yes, the whole programme will be fully simultaneously interpreted from English to Czech and vice versa.

      Is there going to be a recording of the Congress?

      Yes, we will record all lectures and speeches and selected workshops. All Congress participants will receive them for free.

      Is the even going to be live-streamed on-line?

      Yes, you can already buy access to the on-line stream of the event.

      Travel Questions

      How do I book flights for the Congress?

      When booking your flights, keep in mind that:
      – The Congress starts on Friday at 9:00 AM.
      – The Congress ends on Sunday at 3:00 PM.
      – Travel time from Cubex Centre to Václav Havel Airport Prague is approximately one hour by public transport.

      We recommend arriving on Thursday evening and departing after 5:00 PM on Sunday.

      Are there any recommended hotels for attendees?

      Yes, for the time being, a better price has been arranged for congress participants at the Panorama Hotel next to the Cubex.

      Program Questions

      The lectures and workshops on Saturday 17th May overlap, what if I want to see all?

      Every ticket purchased for the Conference (16 – 17 May) includes also recordings from all parts of the program, which you will receive in the weeks following the event. They will be available for viewing for 90 days. You will thus be able to watch all parts of the program.

      Do key workshops overlap?

      No, the key workshops do not overlap, so you can attend all of them.

      Will there be support should I get emotionally triggered or otherwise challenged during the program?

      Yes, a dedicated team of professional therapists called “Compassionate Support” will be available in a designated space throughout the event to attend to the emotional needs of attendees in distress.

      What are Immersion Labs?

      This is a unique opportunity to meet and Q&A the speakers in a smaller hall with an audience of max 80 people. You can get more intimate experience and real feel of the speakers’ personality and ask about their work in more depth. You will have to reserve your spot well in advance, more information to follow, please sign up for the event newsletter below.

      – Cubex is located about 100 metres from the Pankrác subway and bus station.
      – Parking: While parking at Cubex is not available, attendees can park at:

      Will there be accessibility support for attendees?

      Yes, the venue is fully accessible. If you have specific needs, please contact us at info@bodymindunity.com.

      Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?

      Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy. Please check the Cancellation and Refund Policy for details.

      If you are unable to attend in person, please contact us to gain access to the online stream. However, please note that if you choose to attend in person, you will not have access to the online stream.

      All ticket holders will receive recordings of the lectures, speeches, and workshops. These recordings will be accessible for 90 days after you receive them.

      Additionally, the ticket is not tied to a specific name and can be transferred.
